Privacy policy

This policy explains what information dev.webahsan.com, run by Ahsan Habib, collects and how it is used. I collect only what I need to deliver products, answer messages and improve the site.

Information I collect

Details you give me directly — your name, email address and message when you use a contact or project form or join the launch list. When you buy a product, your order details and license information. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor; I never see or store your full card details. I also collect basic usage data, such as pages visited, browser and device type, to understand how the site is used.

How I use it

To reply to your messages, deliver your products and license keys, provide updates and support, send the emails you signed up for, and improve the site and products.

Sharing

I never sell your personal information. It is shared only with services needed to run the site — hosting, payment processing and email delivery — or when required by law.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to work properly and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Every launch-list email includes an unsubscribe link. Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or to meet legal obligations.

Terms of use

By using dev.webahsan.com or buying a product from it, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

Prices are shown at checkout. When your payment is confirmed you receive download access and, where it applies, a license key by email. Keep your login and license details private.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or products for anything unlawful, try to break or overload the site, or resell license keys, downloads or support access.

Ownership

The site design, branding, documentation and product artwork belong to Ahsan Habib. Product code is licensed to you as described under Licensing below.

Disclaimer & liability

Products are built and tested with care but provided “as is”. Always back up your site before installing or updating anything. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, revenue or downtime, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes & governing law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Licensing

WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, like WordPress itself. You may use and modify the code on as many sites as you like.

A paid license gives you access to updates, premium features and support for the license term, on the number of sites stated at purchase. Templates, apps, software and tools follow the license shown on each product’s page.

Refund policy

If a product doesn’t work as described and I can’t fix the problem, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund

Send a message through the contact page with “License or billing” selected.
Include your order email, the product name and what went wrong.
I’ll try to fix the issue first. If I can’t, your refund is issued to the original payment method and the license is deactivated.

Refunds aren’t available for change of mind after download, for incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes that the product page doesn’t list as supported, or for free tools. Custom projects are billed and refunded according to the milestones agreed in the project proposal.
