The cart, your details and payment sit on one screen: two columns on wide pages, one clean column on phones. Shoppers can change quantities or remove items without leaving it.

How it is built and tested.
Version 1.0.6 is the current release. Here is what it needs, how it was checked, and where its limits are.

Requirements
WordPress 6.4 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer (checked up to 8.5) and WooCommerce 8.0 or newer. The layout needs the classic checkout; Buy now works with either checkout.

How it was tested
110 automated browser checks on each of twenty themes, classic and block, with WooCommerce 11.2.1: layouts at three screen widths, Buy now on simple, variable and grouped products, cart editing, stock limits, field settings, cash-on-delivery orders and security checks. The same checks also pass on WooCommerce 8.0.4 and 9.9.5 with a smaller set of themes. Also checked by hand on a live store with the Twenty Twenty-Five block theme.
/security
Security
Cart changes are protected with nonces, settings need the manage_woocommerce capability, and all output is escaped. The custom CSS box strips tags, comments, escapes, @import and url(), so it cannot load outside files. Reviewed during development, with every finding fixed.

Plain PHP, JavaScript and CSS with no build step and no external requests. Filters: wa_qc_buy_now_product_types chooses which product types get a Buy now button, and wa_qc_skip_cart turns off the cart-page skip. It also respects WooCommerce’s cart item and quantity filters.
/limits
Known limits
The layout and field settings are for the classic checkout only. The Buy now link in shop grids covers simple products. A theme that prints its own add-to-cart button without WooCommerce’s hook needs the shortcode instead. It has not been tested with every payment gateway, with page builders, or with other plugins that rewrite the checkout.

Languages
Every text is translatable and a .pot template ships with the plugin. Right-to-left layouts (Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu) mirror correctly with no sideways scrolling.

The checkout keeps its two clean columns on themes whose WooCommerce styles float the details column or turn the form into a table, such as Twenty Twenty-Two, Twenty Twenty-Three and Twenty Twelve. Dropdown text stays inside its box on OceanWP.

Is it available now?
Yes. Version 1.0.6 is available to buy on this page. Try it on a staging copy of your store first, because it has not been run against every payment gateway.
How much is it?
The price is $9.99 USD. You pay at the checkout with the payment methods shown there.
Is it one-click payment?
Buy now is the one-click part: it adds the product and opens a checkout that is ready to pay. Saved-card payments are up to each payment gateway, so the plugin does not replace them.
Does it work with the Checkout block?
The layout and field settings are for the classic checkout. If your Checkout page uses the block, the settings screen offers a one-click switch to the classic checkout and a button to switch back. Buy now works with either.
