WA Quick Checkout

Description

WA Quick Checkout turns the classic WooCommerce checkout into one calm screen: the cart (with quantity buttons), the customer’s details, shipping and payment, all in view at once. A Buy now button skips the cart completely and opens the checkout with the product ready to pay.

What you get

• One-page layout. Details on the left, order summary and payment on the right on wide screens; one clean column on phones. It follows the width your theme gives it.
• Cart on the checkout. Customers change quantities or remove items without leaving the page. Stock limits are respected.
• Skip the cart page. Visitors with items in the cart go straight to the checkout.
• Buy now button. Next to Add to cart on simple, variable and grouped products, as an optional link under simple products in shop grids, and as a shortcode, [wa_qc_buy_now id=”123″], for any page.
• Field control. Make the company, apartment, phone and order notes fields default, optional or hidden. Ship to one address only, and drop the address for digital-only carts.
• Your look. Accent colour (text colour adapts automatically), Place order button text, a short reassurance note, solid or outline Buy now style, and a custom CSS box.
• Light and universal. Scripts and styles load only on the checkout, product pages and shop grids. Works with classic and block themes, with right-to-left languages, is translation-ready, and supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.4 or newer
• PHP 7.4 or newer
• WooCommerce 8.0 or newer
• The classic checkout (the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode). If your Checkout page uses the Checkout block, the settings screen offers a one-click switch to the classic checkout and a button to switch back. Buy now works with either checkout.

Installation

1. Download the zip after your purchase.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the zip and activate it.
3. Open WooCommerce > Quick Checkout and choose your layout, fields, colour and Buy now options.
4. Place a test order and check it on your phone before you switch it on for customers.

Good to know

• Buy now is the one-click part: it adds the product and opens a checkout that is ready to pay. Saved-card payments depend on each payment gateway, so this plugin does not replace them.
• It passes 110 automated browser checks on each of twenty themes with WooCommerce 11.2.1: a bare theme, every default theme from Twenty Ten to Twenty Twenty-Five except Twenty Eighteen, Storefront, Hello Elementor, OceanWP and Neve. The same checks also pass with WooCommerce 8.0.4 (the oldest supported version) and 9.9.5 on a smaller set of themes. It was also checked by hand on a live store with the Twenty Twenty-Five block theme.
• It has not been tested with every payment gateway, with page builders or with other plugins that rewrite the checkout, so try it on a staging copy of your store first.

Changelog

1.0.6 The checkout columns no longer break on themes whose WooCommerce compatibility styles float the details column or turn the form into a table (Twenty Twenty-Two, Twenty Twenty-Three, Twenty Twelve), and the Country and State dropdown text stays inside its box on themes that pad it (OceanWP).
